Senior Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Job Overview:
**Role Description**:
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) utilizes a network of contract manufacturing partners and sub-tier suppliers in Asia Pacific (APAC) to produce Keurig® coffee makers (“appliances”) for sale in North America. We have established an Advanced Development Center (ADC) located in Shenzhen, China and the Singapore Operations Center (SOC) to move resources close to our Contract Manufacturing and supply chain partners. The Indirect Procurement Specialist will actively manage the portfolio of suppliers that support our ADC and SOC operations. Categories include lab equipment, IT equipment, Engineering, and consulting services. This position will be responsible to ensure that partners are responsible for to deliver to contract and that purchasing decisions are aligned with overall KDP procurement strategy. This position is based in Singapore and reports to the Senior Supply Chain Director.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working within the Supply Management program, champion the sourcing process, develop strategies with defined plans for cost savings, risk assessment and mitigation, and build supplier strategy that effectively communicate both short and long-term tactics.
- Acting as office manager for Singapore operations, keep in touch with offices and administration teams in the US to make sure the APAC processes are up to date and accurate
- Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies with suppliers, including specific targets for pricing, service, and quality.
- Manage supplier selection process and ensure supplier selections are based on sound selection criteria.
- Continually identify and implement new opportunities for value capture.
- Work with Legal to establish and execute optimal contract terms and conditions with suppliers, including tooling/capital equipment purchases as necessary.
- Drive change by proactively engaging stakeholders across the enterprise, gaining deep understanding of their functional strategies.
- Maintain full compliance with financial controls and SOX reporting requirements
- Report on progress and value creation results to business stakeholders (budget holders), Finance and Procurement leadership team

**Requirements**:
**OTHER NECESSARY FUNCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field required, advanced degree preferred.
- 4 to 6 plus years in Procurement management with demonstrated record of achievement and advancement.
- Thorough understanding of Procurement management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence others, work autonomously and in a team environment
- Competence in Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Ability to follow our client companies policies and procedures as well as our Operating principles.
- Willingness to adapt regular interaction with North American resources during early morning / late evening hours.
