Indirect Sourcing and Procurement Manager Role

This critical role involves strategic leadership in managing indirect sourcing and procurement processes to drive business growth, optimize costs, and ensure supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet business requirements.
  2. Managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and compliance with contractual terms.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with business objectives.
  4. Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and process improvements.
  5. Executing contracts, managing change, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of indirect sourcing and procurement.
  • Proficiency in contract development, negotiation, and management.
  • Strong understanding of key contractual terms, laws, and industry standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
