Our client is a leading shipping and logistics organisation headquartered in Singapore. With operations spanning in more than 90 countries, the company has established a strong reputation in its industry through exceptional operational performance and innovative business strategies. In line with their continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, they are now seeking a HRBP.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs, shape organization design, and align people strategies with business goals.
- Talent Strategy & Employer Branding: Develop and execute talent acquisition and outreach strategies to build a sustainable talent pipeline and strengthen employer brand presence.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, engagement, and retention, partnering with line managers and COEs on people-related solutions.
- Performance & Rewards Management: Support annual performance reviews, calibration exercises, and salary reviews in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits.
- HR Compliance & Transformation: Provide strategic insights on HR policies, regulatory changes, and lead or participate in HR transformation projects.
Key Requirements
- Recognised Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the Employment Act and prior experience in employee relations, counselling, and disciplinary matters.
- Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, meticulous, and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
