About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a dynamic HR team in the public healthcare sector. This role offers a chance to support impactful HR initiatives and partner with stakeholders to drive organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers on end-to-end HR matters including manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding
- Support performance management processes such as goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to strengthen workplace culture
- Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and systems for improved effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR standards
- Contribute to HR-related projects and organizational initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a HRBP or generalist role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS (e.g. SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

Job Details
Location: Central Area (near Outram Park MRT)
Duration: 9-month contract (Dec 2025 – Aug 2026)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, office hours
