**Job Description**:
Functioning as a member of the HR Partnering team based in CDE, the HR Partner will partner and support 1-2 department Heads/ Deputy Heads to manage, in a proactive and consultative approach, a full spectrum of HR functions which includes but not limited to the following:

- Manage the appointment and re-appointment of staff on Administration and Research schemes.
- Facilitate the Annual Review exercise for Administration and Research staff
- Provide support for Faculty staff programmes and processes such as Promotion and Tenure, Mid-Term Advisory Report, teaching awards, consultation work etc.
- Attending to audit requests
- Prepare and review manpower statistics and reports
- Talent management and development
- Disciplinary matters
- Other duties as assignedQualifications
- University Degree holder or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation
- Good command of written and spoken English language.
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.More Information
