**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Lead and manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs that support employee development and engagement
- Conduct regular reviews of HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives
- SHRM certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in HR project management and change management
