What You'll Do
Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy
- Build and expand a client portfolio within the commodities and bullion trading ecosystem
- Identify and engage prospects such as refineries, dealers, import/export firms, and supply chain stakeholders
- Craft tailored logistics solutions for secure and time-sensitive airfreight movements
- Lead proposal development and contract negotiations to secure new business
Logistics & Compliance Advisory
- Provide expert guidance on documentation, customs procedures, and valuation for commodity shipments
- Advise clients on airfreight security, insurance coverage, and international handling standards
- Collaborate with operations and airline partners to ensure smooth and compliant cargo movement
Relationship Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for commercial discussions and service delivery expectations
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners across Southeast Asia and beyond
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality and client satisfaction
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track market developments in airfreight and commodities logistics
- Deliver insights and forecasts through regular reporting to leadership
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking platforms
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or logistics—preferably in airfreight or commodities
- Solid understanding of the bullion and precious metals trade landscape
- Possess with client network or industry connections in commodity trading
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Prior experience handling regulated high-value goods such as precious metals
- Familiarity with IATA/ICAO regulations and airfreight security protocols
