Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Coordinator.

Job Description:

  • Provide customer service support via phone and email.
  • Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
  • Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
  • Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Perform of general housekeeping within the warehouse workplace.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' level and above.
  • Preference with minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination. Experience in customer support capacity will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with import/ export documentation and inventory systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and work closely with internal operations to meet customer requirements efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Team player with good interpersonal communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
