RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve Company's sales objectives.
  • Compile information on customers' complaints and feedback.
  • Provide prompt responses to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure you possess good knowledge of Company's products and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in F&B/ Institutional/ Hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff.
  • Positive, confident, and determined approach.
  • Resilience and a high degree of self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A good level of numeracy.
  • Customer-focused with good track record.
  • Flexible with good prioritization of tasks.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
