About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our growing team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd' based in the Changi East Region. This full-time role will play a vital part in supporting our HR and finance operations, ensuring efficient and effective administration across the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR and Accounts departments
  2. Assisting with the processing of employee records, including onboarding, payroll and offboarding
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems for HR and financial documents
  4. Handling general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies and equipment
  5. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and requests in a timely manner
  6. Supporting the preparation of financial reports and documentation
  7. Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, preferably in the HR or finance function
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanour
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  5. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  7. Understanding of HR and finance processes and procedures
