Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full cycle management of the development and construction phase of real estate projects, including project initiation, design development, construction management, final delivery, and building operations and strata management.
  • Coordinate with design, cost, engineering, legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the project aligns with investment goals and market positioning.
  • Manage project approvals and permits to ensure compliance with local regulations and facilitate a smooth approval process.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and cost control to ensure timely and high-quality project completion within budget.
  • Conduct coordination meetings with contractors, supervision firms, design consultants, and government authorities to address issues during construction.
  • Assist in final project inspection, delivery, and handover to operations to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Research international construction management practices, green building, and smart building technologies to enhance project quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in real estate development or construction management, preferably with a developer background (experience with large real estate development companies, international engineering firms, or general contractors is a plus).

  • Project Experience: Experience in engineering or construction management for integrated complexes, residential, commercial, office, or public buildings, with the ability to independently manage project execution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong cross-cultural communication skills, capable of working with international teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication with contractors, government agencies, and project teams.
