At The Plattering Co, we are known for our beautifully styled, hearty sharing platters, bentos, bowls, cheese platters, and stunning grazing table displays. Our passion lies in crafting creative, memorable catering experiences that bring people together — whether through a lavish corporate event or an intimate gathering.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Catering & Delivery Crew Member to support the transportation, setup, and teardown of catering events. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and setting up beautiful displays that reflect our brand's standards. The role also includes supporting delivery orders, running errands, and maintaining catering equipment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport catering food and equipment to event locations.
  • Set up catering and event displays (including food, décor, and serving equipment) in a timely and professional manner
  • Tear down and collect equipment after events.
  • Coordinate with the sales and kitchen teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Assist in packing and preparation work for upcoming catering setups.
  • Consistently seek improvements in setup efficiency and safety.
  • Support delivery drop-offs and logistical errands as required.
  • Maintain and organize catering tools and equipment.
  • Assist in general operations and ad-hoc duties when needed.

Requirements
  • Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in catering delivery or a similar role preferred.
  • Good sense of time management and punctuality.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with handling event equipment.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
