We are looking for a Business Development Manager or Assistant Manager to lead and support growth in the Institutional Catering segment – covering factories, schools, hospitals, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in institutional catering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders for long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, culinary, procurement, finance) to develop competitive and sustainable business solutions.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Monitor contract performance, ensure SLA compliance, and support contract negotiation and renewal.
  • Gather market intelligence, benchmark industry practices, and provide insights for strategic decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development or commercial management within institutional catering/foodservice.
  • Strong understanding of market structure, tender processes, and client requirements.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and manage key accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with commercial and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits.
