Job Scope:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings to understand their needs and present company solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor individual sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Provide insights to the marketing and product teams to help refine strategies and offerings.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth deal execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Class 3A Driving license (required for site visits and client meetings).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
