Responsibilities:
  • Promote the company's IT systems and software/hardware R&D services to key decisionmakers in global healthcare and life science organizations
  • Design and execute engagement strategies tailored to complex client environments in regulated industries.
  • Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and longterm partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to architect solutions that align with client goals.
  • Uncover opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew with precision and insight.
  • Provide high-touch account management from onboarding through delivery, serving as a primary point of contact for business-critical needs.
  • Maintain a clear view of your pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and provide executivelevel reporting.
  • Stay informed of trends in medical technology, life sciences, biotech, and enterprise IT services to engage clients as a knowledgeable partner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT services or the medical/biotech/pharmaceutical sector.
