- Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and longterm partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to architect solutions that align with client goals.
- Uncover opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew with precision and insight.
- Provide high-touch account management from onboarding through delivery, serving as a primary point of contact for business-critical needs.
- Maintain a clear view of your pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and provide executivelevel reporting.
- Stay informed of trends in medical technology, life sciences, biotech, and enterprise IT services to engage clients as a knowledgeable partner.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT services or the medical/biotech/pharmaceutical sector.
