What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new catering opportunities within the local market.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow catering sales across corporate, institutional, and social segments.
  • Prepare and present compelling catering proposals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consultation on catering packages, menu options, and event requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new catering business.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized catering solutions and packages.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure flawless delivery of catering services.
  • Work closely with kitchen, logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of catering orders.
  • Provide clients with event updates and post-event follow-ups to maintain satisfaction.
  • Resolve any client concerns promptly to protect business relationship.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a catering sales or similar role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a deep understanding of catering trends and best practices
