- Position : Sales Executive (Catering/Hospitality/Events/F&B)
- Location : Bedok North (Willing to travel to office in Ubi )
- Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 8.30am to 5:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 +Transport reimbursement + Commission+ Variable bonus + 14 days Annual leave

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow catering sales across corporate, institutional, and social segments.
- Proactively source new business leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by management.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per client.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consultation on catering packages, menu options, and event requirements.
Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and propose customized catering solutions and packages.
- Conduct presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies to position the company competitively.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.
- Work closely with kitchen, logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of catering orders.
- Provide clients with event updates and post-event follow-ups to maintain satisfaction.
- Resolve any client concerns promptly to protect business relationships.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or F&B-related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in F&B, catering, hospitality or events.
Willing to travel to other outlet when required
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, as required
by event schedules.
