LOCATION: EAST OFFICE HOURS: 8:30AM to 6:15PM (MON TO FRI)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Assist in recruitment and on-boarding activities
- Preparation and signing of employment contracts
- Application of work passes
- Handle enquiries from staff on leave, salary issues, HR policies, benefits and other HR related matters
- Assist in the co-ordination of the probation, confirmation and annual review exercise
- Assist to coordinate leadership development and internship / place & train programme
- In-charge of HR Reporting
- Other adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years HR experience
- Candidates with payroll experience and familiar with HR Employment Act will be an added advantage
- Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Strong Excel Skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill
- Adaptable in fast-paced environment
