Job Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and translate workforce requirements into effective talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
- Lead recruitment for both professional and blue-collar positions including operators, technicians, engineers, and administrative staff.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, overtime/allowance verification, CPF/SDL submissions, and coordination with Finance for accurate salary disbursement.
- Handle HR administration such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, policy updates, and HR documentation.
- Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on performance, employee relations, and company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee experience.
- Organise and deliver training and engagement programs to support workforce development.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within HR and talent acquisition, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and employee experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, covering recruitment and payroll administration.
- Prior experience in blue-collar / operator-level recruitment within manufacturing or semiconductor industries is highly preferred.
- Independent, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
