Location: NorthIndustry: Engineering - Manufacturing, MNC5 days work weekAWS & VB providedAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Executive to join our HR team, playing a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong experience in payroll processing and blue-collar recruitment, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, etc.)Manage recruitment activities for blue-collar and operational staff, including job posting, interviewing, and onboardingMaintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databasesAdminister work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portalSupport HR policies, benefits administration, and disciplinary mattersPrepare HR reports, leave management, and handle employee queriesAssist in HR projects and process improvement initiativesRequirementsDiploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalentMinimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with hands-on payroll and recruitment exposureExperience handling high-volume payroll (preferably >200 headcount)Prior exposure to blue-collar workforce management (manufacturing, construction, logistics, or service sectors)Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detailAble to cope with fast-paced environmentTo Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Staffking Pte Ltd (20C0358) | Chong Kar Ming (John) (R
