As a Senior HR Executive (Compensation & HR Analytics), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist Head of HR in designing and implementing compensation strategies, policies, and payroll processes.
- Develop and maintain compensation-related policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with company objectives.
- Manage salary reviews, bonuses, promotions, and employee benefits programmes (health, insurance, retirement).
- Monitor manpower costs and HR budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource use.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret HR data using HRIS and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports on payroll, compensation trends, and workforce metrics to senior management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive HR automation through technology and robotics.
- Plan, lead, and track HR projects to ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of objectives.
- Work closely with other departments to support HR initiatives and ensure smooth project coordination.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, market trends, and legislation to enhance HR strategies and operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data interpretation is an added advantage.
