Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Completion Bonus: 1-month bonus upon successful completion of contract
Work Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
HR Process Execution
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes using a cloud-based HR system.
- Support preparation and tracking of offer letters through digital signing platforms.
- Assist new hires with submission and completion of personal documentation for subsequent processing (e.g., work pass, staff access, system IDs).
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth onboarding and readiness for duty.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR system modules and ensure proper electronic filing of documents.
- Utilize HR tools and systems effectively, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Deliver services within agreed timelines and SLAs, managing workload during peak periods and providing backup support when needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to complete HR processes or escalate issues to relevant authorities.
- Act as a subject matter expert in assigned areas, providing accurate advice and guidance.
- Ensure process documentation is current, accurate, and complete.
- Stay updated on organizational changes and work with stakeholders to meet HR requirements.
HR Process Improvement & Innovation
- Serve as a process or technology champion within the team, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and support enhancements across HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, in-service, offboarding).
- Participate in HR improvement projects and translate ideas into actionable plans.
Qualification/Experience
- Degree/Diploma Holder with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organisation skills
- Results oriented and have a process and service-focused mind-set
- Ability to prioritise and ensure critical deadlines are met consistently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites, Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors, Electronic Signature, Electronic Content Management system will be advantageous.
