Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Administer leave management, benefits, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and staff development initiatives.
- Draft HR communications such as memos, policy updates, and employee notices with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist in planning and implementing HR policies that balance organizational priorities with staff wellbeing.
Administration
- Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Support meeting logistics, minute-taking, and documentation for internal committees.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including workplace safety and data security protocols.
- Coordinate IT managed services and liaise with external providers to ensure operational continuity.
- Provide administrative support for events, trainings, and staff engagement activities.
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of discretion and empathy.
