Guest Relations Executive

In this role, you'll combine exceptional service standards with seamless coordination across clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring every patient experience is smooth, personalised, and world-class.*
Job Scope
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP and international patients, providing personalised, end-to-end concierge support.
- Coordinate medical appointments, admissions, procedures, and follow-ups by working closely with healthcare and support teams.
- Anticipate client needs and ensure a seamless, high-quality care experience.
- Manage logistics such as scheduling, transport, documentation, and real-time communication with patients or their representatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, including referrals from external doctors.
- Assist patients with understanding costs, generating estimates, and supporting billing, insurance, and payment processes.
- Provide updates to referring doctors regarding patient progress and care pathways
Requirement
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality & Tourism or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
