Partnership Development Manager (Contract)

Salary:  $4000 - $4700

Contract Duration: 1 year

Working Hours:  Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 6pm) Friday (8:30am- 5:30pm)

What You'll Do

  • As a Partnership Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping impactful collaborations for youth. Your role will include:
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships – Identify and co-create initiatives with organisations that inspire and empower young people to thrive in a fast-changing world.
  • Champion Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and internal teams to unlock new opportunities for youth development.
  • Lead Grant Management – Oversee funding schemes that enable youth sector organisations to deliver meaningful programs, ensuring compliance and transparency every step of the way.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
  • Strong Partnership Skills – Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in Grant Administration will be a plus – Familiarity with managing funding schemes, compliance, and reporting.
  • Project Management Expertise – Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Youth Sector Insight – Understanding of youth trends and challenges in Singapore's social landscape.
  • Integrity & Accountability – Commitment to transparent and responsible grant practices
