Looking for Admin Professionals with experience in Grants Processing

  • Basic up to $4,500 per month

  • Mon - Fri, office hours
  • 1-year contract

What to expect:

  1. Assist in audit-related matters for grants and manage closure and processing of claims.
  2. Support the project management and grant administration of projects.
  3. Monitor the progress of projects, manage project virement and variation requests.
  4. Ensure the timely submission of audit and progress reports by grantees, check and process invoices raised by Finance for the disbursement of funding to grantees.
  5. Provide updates to relevant agencies on budget projections, project progress, and funding utilisation for R&D funds.

Who we are looking for:

  1. Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of Project Management and Grant Administration experience.
  2. Independentand meticulous individual proficient in MS Office.
  3. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
