The Opportunity:
  • Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for a Project Executive/ Assistant Manager, who supports the end-to-end management, audit, and administration of government-funded projects and grants, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting.
  • Role will start off as a 12 months contract assignment.
The Job:
  • Provide audit support for grants administered by the department.
  • Handle the closure and processing of project claims.
  • Assist in the management and administration of projects and grants, ensuring proper monitoring of project progress, handling of virement and variation requests, and timely submission of audit and progress reports by grantees.
  • Review and verify invoices for funding disbursements, and prepare regular updates and reports on budget forecasts, project performance, and fund utilisation for relevant agencies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • Independent, meticulous, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in project management or grant administration is an advantage.
