IT Senior Service Desk

- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing IT-related needs and concerns.
- Manage IT service incidents reported through the Service Desk Support Portal, covering personal computers, networks, platforms, and applications.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, or provide alternative solutions to restore IT services within established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams and provide timely status updates to users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, incidents, and resolutions in the IT Service Desk Management System.
- Oversee the life cycle management of IT assets, including registration, tracking, deployment, recovery, and decommissioning of hardware devices and software licenses.
- Conduct PC hardware and software upgrades, including installation of patches, service packs, and applications.
- Track and manage software subscriptions and licenses to maintain compliance.
- Maintain hardware, software, and licensing metrics and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate guidance.
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Head of IT Operations, Helpdesk Manager, or other designated personnel.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with school-based or related enterprise IT systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- High standard of customer service and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Google Workspace for Education, and Google Admin.
- Experience with JAMF and/or Microsoft Intune is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
