Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
HR Operations and Compliance
Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (CPF, IRAS, MOM submissions).
- Support the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Ensure adherence to Employment Act and other relevant regulations.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially.
Assist in performance review processes and HR policy updates.
Administrative Support
Support management in HR projects and internal process improvements.
- Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with discretion and integrity.
