Regional HR Manager

We are partnering with a leading multinational company (MNC) and look for an experienced HRIS Manager to join their Singapore team. The organization is well-established in its sector and has a strong regional presence across Asia.
This role will play a key part in enhancing their HR systems landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, while leading a small HRIS team and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the HRIS platform (SuccessFactors) across multiple modules (Employee Central, Performance Management).
Lead a small team (1 member) and provide guidance, coaching, and performance support.
Partner with regional HR teams and global IT to drive system
improvements, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Support HR digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, process automation, and user adoption.
- Maintain system documentation and SOPs, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards and internal audit requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
5-8 years of HRIS experience, with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (strongly preferred).
3-5 years of people management experience (team leadership or supervisory level).
Proven experience working in an MNC environment, with regional exposure across APAC or Southeast Asia.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in solving complex system issues.
