HR Intern

We work with some of the biggest and most well-known global companies in the industry.

We are looking for a passionate HR Intern who can commit for a minimum duration of 3 months to join our growing human resource team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work in an international HR team to implement technological improvement projects. You will assist in organizational development projects and participate in global performance and compensation management events.

**Scope of Internship**
- Support in system setup and data management on Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Facilitate performance management and compensation events through managing system procedures and workflow to match organisational goals
- Extract and transform various datasets from internal and external databases
- Import and verify the integrity of data for stakeholders' adoption
- Analyse employee data and develop HR analytics reports and presentation decks
- Manage job postings and job applicant profiles on the Applicant Tracking System and job boards
- Assist in employee benefits sourcing and administration
- Assist in other HR-related duties on an ad-hoc basis

**Role requirements**:

- Recent graduate or undergoing diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or any related field
- Technologically savvy and fluent with systems and data management
- Self-motivated and passionate about organisational development
- Highly numerate and meticulous
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese counterparts)
- Open-minded and possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Able to think critically and contribute by providing feedback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per month
