Job Title: Regional Logistics & Administrative Support
Working Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
Location: Beach Road
Duration: 6 months contract with completion Bonus
Potential: Conversion to permanent role based on performance
Logistics Support
- Coordinate and manage shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
- Liaise with factories, customers, and freight partners on shipping schedules and discrepancies.
- Perform SAP data entry, order tracking, and logistics reporting.
- Provide general administrative support, document filing, and correspondence handling.
Finance & Administrative Support
- Maintain and file accounting and finance documentation.
- Support accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation.
- Perform data entry of financial transactions and assist with ledger postings.
- Manage office supplies and support general administrative functions.
