Job Title: Regional Logistics & Administrative Support

Working Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm

Location: Beach Road

Duration: 6 months contract with completion Bonus

Potential: Conversion to permanent role based on performance

Logistics Support

  • Coordinate and manage shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
  • Liaise with factories, customers, and freight partners on shipping schedules and discrepancies.
  • Perform SAP data entry, order tracking, and logistics reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support, document filing, and correspondence handling.

Finance & Administrative Support

  • Maintain and file accounting and finance documentation.
  • Support accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation.
  • Perform data entry of financial transactions and assist with ledger postings.
  • Manage office supplies and support general administrative functions.
