**Who are we?**

Bernhard Schulte (Singapore) Holdings Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”), is part of the Schulte Group (the “Group”), which is an international, family-owned group of companies specialising in ship owning, ship management, maritime services and asset management. With over 135 years of expertise in the industry, the Schulte Group controls a modern and diversified fleet of 90 fully or partly owned vessels and manages around 600 ships. The Schulte Group operates a global network of more than 30 offices in major shipping locations with 20,000 seafarers and 2,000 shore-based employees.

**Who are we looking for?**

We have recently launched a new brand with the goal of providing high quality workwear, personal protective equipment and a variety of clothing items, home goods and accessories. As part of this initiative, we are looking for a new teammate who will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet our requirements in terms of safety and quality.

Experience & Education
- Pre-tertiary or university degree in relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in quality control, compliance and product certification
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and oral English

Job-specific skills
- Support quality control and testing of existing, new and potential products: Personal Protective Equipment, têxtile goods and workwear gear
- Checks on product specifications and ensures products provide the necessary purpose
- Identifies processes and products that do not meet safety and quality standards or customer requirements
- Monitors customer feedback to identify potential improvements to our products
- Responsible for product certification
- Coordinates with suppliers and testing institutes
- Stays up-to-date with safety regulations and region-specific standards
- Performs due diligence and compliance matters for suppliers
- Assists with logistics and replenishment of stock
- Enthusiastic and pro-active, creative, self-driven, good communicator and team player
