Job Description:

This role is under the department of Student Administration. He/She is responsible for planning and executing various University events, ensuring that all logistics are managed efficiently and effectively. The candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments. This is a 5 months temp contract for maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage exam resources and logistics
  • Plan and execute University events such as Matriculation Day, Freshmore Lunch etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in events planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with University events or similar large-scale events
  • Proficiency in event management software
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
