Deputy Manager / Manager, SUTD Academy (Partnership and Outreach - Master's Programmes) (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will develop and execute partnership and outreach strategies that support the visibility and growth of the Master's Programmes.

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, government agencies, academic institutions and industry bodies to enhance programme reach and relevance.

  • Develop partnership proposals and oversee agreement processes in collaboration with legal and administrative teams.

  • Plan and execute outreach strategies to raise awareness of the Master's Programmes across local and international markets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design outreach materials, campaigns and digital content that appeal to target audiences.

  • Conduct market research to drive strategic planning, outreach positioning and partnership development.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as faculty, admissions, marketing and finance to ensure coordinated efforts in recruitment, programme promotion and partner engagement.

  • Support proposal writing, presentation preparation and delivery as well as reporting on partnership outcomes, engagement performance and market trends.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, correspondences and feedback.

  • Strive for continuous improvement to enhance productivity in the workflow and processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate outreach, partnership management or education marketing.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to engage across different sectors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to details.

  • Organised, proactive and service-oriented.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
