Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support senior management on a short-term contract basis.
Calendar Management:
- Organize and maintain schedules and calendars
- Book appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Administrative Support:
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Organise meeting materials for principals
- Submit travel, entertainment and monthly transport claims
Requirements:
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Monthly Salary: SGD 3,500
Contract Duration: 3 months
