About the role

Simitri Group International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Training Logistics Team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of training programmes for our global client base. Based in our Central Region office, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless delivery of our world-class training solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead a team of training logistics professionals to plan, organise, and execute training programmes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client requirements and design tailored training solutions
  • Manage the procurement and allocation of training resources, including venues, equipment, and materials
  • Ensure all logistical aspects of training programmes are coordinated effectively
  • Monitor and report on training programme performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to the Training Logistics Team, fostering their professional development

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a training logistics or event management role, preferably within the human resources or talent development industry
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of relevant training management software and tools
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering exceptional training experiences
