Looking for a results-driven Team Lead in SME/ Corporate Lending to drive sales, manage a team of Relationship Managers, and grow our SME and corporate client base. Ideal candidate has strong lending experience, proven sales performance, and leadership skills to guide and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive team performance to consistently achieve monthly overall and individual sales targets.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Relationship Managers to ensure high productivity, quality of work, and team morale.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on business development, sales processes, product knowledge, and lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, forecast revenue against sales targets, and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and due diligence of all credit proposals submitted by Relationship Managers.
  • Stay updated with market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive prospecting efforts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong business networks to generate quality leads.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, or Mortgage & Property Loans.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in team leadership and coaching.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
