Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance operations and support business growth. This is a full-time, office-based role with leadership responsibilities and direct collaboration with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Finance team and Logistics/Shipping Officer.
- Oversee AP, AR, GL, reporting, and ERP finance functions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements.
- Drive process improvements, cost management, and financial controls.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications.
- At least 5 years' finance management experience (SME/manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of daily finance operations and reporting accuracy.
- Hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with senior management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
