About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations and play a strategic role in supporting business growth. This is a full-time, office-based position located in the Serangoon North-East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the Finance team and Logistics/Shipping Officer to enhance performance and support company objectives.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of finance functions (AP, AR, GL, financial reporting) using ERP systems.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports.
  • Liaise with corporate secretariat, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore's tax, audit, and statutory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements, financial controls, and cost management initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CA).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within the SME manufacturing sector.
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day finance operations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and with senior management.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Able to work both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
