We're Hiring: Finance Manager

Location: Tai Seng | Employment Type: Full-time

At PANDA Snacks, we're on a mission to bring delightful flavors and premium-quality snacks into everyday life. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our passionate and fast-moving team. You will be responsible for the company's financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, and ensuring compliance, while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in financial systems.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, in line with Singapore business standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to monitor operational spending and reduce inventory costs.
  • Create and enforce financial policies to ensure compliance and manage risks in the retail industry.
  • Provide financial advice and strategic support for business expansion, including new product launches, new store openings, and market growth plans.
  • Analyse sales data, operational costs, and business performance metrics to support planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with IRAS regulations, including corporate tax, GST filing, and other statutory reporting requirements in Singapore.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 5 years' experience in accounting and management.

Preferably in Retail industry.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, fixed asset management and cost management.

A team player with strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
