Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:

Develop and prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts. Analyze financial data and market trends to provide strategic insights to senior management.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting:

Create and manage budgets, monitor cash flow, and forecast future financial needs to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.

  • Reporting & Compliance:

Ensure financial details comply with legal and regulatory requirements and oversee the preparation of consolidated financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

  • Risk Management:

Identify and manage financial risks, develop risk-minimizing strategies, and establish financial policies and procedures to protect the organization's financial health.

  • Advisory & Strategic Support:

Advise executive management and the board on financial strategies, and decisions that will optimize profitability and support growth.

  • Team Supervision:

Supervise financial reporting and budgeting staff to ensure efficient and accurate financial management within the department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics is required.

  • Skills:

Strong analytical, strategic planning, decision-making, and communication skills are essential.

  • Tools:

Proficiency with financial software and data analysis tools is necessary.

  • Experience:

5 yrs Experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and managing financial operations is crucial.
