Central Region, Singapore Accountstaff (EA) Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team; foster a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead annual zero-based budgeting and rolling forecasts, partner with division heads for scenario planning and resource allocation.
  • Oversee finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Oversee treasury and working capital management, including cashflow forecasting and bank relationship management.
  • Ensure robust financial governance and risk management.
  • Manage government funding and grants
  • Drive process improvements and automation in finance systems.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Lead ad-hoc finance projects and improvement initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent).
  • 12+ years' progressive finance experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Manager / Head of Finance / Finance Director) in an SME or mid-sized organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory & tax requirements (SFRS, Companies Act, IRAS, GST, CPF rules).
