
Key Account Executive

Salary: Basic up to $5,000 – $6,500
Work Arrangement: 5 Days / Office Hours

Responsibilities:
FMCG
- Manage and grow key FMCG accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and customer satisfaction
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (logistics, operations, and supply chain)
- Drive account growth strategies and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets are achieved
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and regular reports for management review
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients
Semiconductor
- Manage and expand semiconductor client accounts, ensuring strong customer partnerships
- Understand clients' technical and operational needs, providing tailored solutions in coordination with engineering and supply chain teams
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor client performance, KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports
- Support contract negotiations, quotations, and pricing reviews with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project and service delivery
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development (FMCG / 3PL / Semiconductor background preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven individual
