Location: West

Salary: Basic up to $5,000 – $6,500

Work Arrangement: 5 Days / Office Hours

Responsibilities:

FMCG

  • Manage and grow key FMCG accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (logistics, operations, and supply chain)
  • Drive account growth strategies and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
  • Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets are achieved
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and regular reports for management review
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients

Semiconductor

  • Manage and expand semiconductor client accounts, ensuring strong customer partnerships
  • Understand clients' technical and operational needs, providing tailored solutions in coordination with engineering and supply chain teams
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Monitor client performance, KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports
  • Support contract negotiations, quotations, and pricing reviews with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development (FMCG / 3PL / Semiconductor background preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven individual
