Account Management & Customer Service Support
- Assist the Key Account Manager/Sales Manager in executing customer business plans, promotional calendars, and brand initiatives across Modern Trade (MT) accounts.
- Collaborate with Operations teams and in-store merchandisers to drive sales, visibility, and in-store execution initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pricing, product listings, trading terms, promotional agreements, and expansion listings.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely support and effective communication.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail stakeholders to support business growth, execution excellence, and service quality.
- Support the onboarding and management of new store groups or retail accounts, ensuring smooth integration and operational alignment.
Sales Operations & Execution
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and promotional effectiveness to support strategic decision-making and demand planning.
- Coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery, and activation.
- Provide actionable insights for customer reviews, internal planning meetings, and business strategy based on market feedback and data analysis.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports for internal and customer review.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
