- This role is a contractual assignment with an initial tenure of 2 years (renewable).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electronics after-sales or a customer-centric technical environment
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on mobile and consumer electronics products
- Proven experience conducting technical training for vendors or service partners
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong multitasking and teamwork capabilities
- Must possess a valid driving license
- Monitor and report on service quality KPIs and perform root cause analysis with improvement plans
- Provide minor troubleshooting assistance and technical support to Authorized Service Centers and Contact Centers for mobile and consumer electronics products
- Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer to vendors and service partners
- Collaborate with factories and HQ teams on quality monitoring and product improvement initiatives
- Monitor new product launches and quality issue trends, reporting insights to management
- Support on-site service and repair activities, product liability tasks, and inventory management
- Assist with stock counting and scrapping of used products/parts
- Participate in ad hoc projects related to product quality and service support
