The Opportunity

  • This role is a contractual assignment with an initial tenure of 2 years (renewable).
The Talent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in electronics after-sales or a customer-centric technical environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on mobile and consumer electronics products
  • Proven experience conducting technical training for vendors or service partners
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong multitasking and teamwork capabilities
  • Must possess a valid driving license
The Job
  • Monitor and report on service quality KPIs and perform root cause analysis with improvement plans
  • Provide minor troubleshooting assistance and technical support to Authorized Service Centers and Contact Centers for mobile and consumer electronics products
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer to vendors and service partners
  • Collaborate with factories and HQ teams on quality monitoring and product improvement initiatives
  • Monitor new product launches and quality issue trends, reporting insights to management
  • Support on-site service and repair activities, product liability tasks, and inventory management
  • Assist with stock counting and scrapping of used products/parts
  • Participate in ad hoc projects related to product quality and service support
