Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
The role of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide technical assistance and support to customers, ensuring that their products meet the required specifications and standards.
- Compile and coordinate the submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
- Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, specifications, and process instructions
- Perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components using calibrated tools and equipment
- Document inspection results and escalate non-conformances for review and resolution
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities
- Prepare documentation and evidence packages for internal and external audits
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by collecting data, identifying trends, and supporting implementation of process enhancements
- Assist in the development of visual aids, checklists, and training materials
