About the Position:

This role requires an individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

As a Patient Service Associate, key responsibilities include performing patient registration and screening with accuracy and adhering to data protection standards. Timely billing and payment collection are also essential duties of this position.

Assisting clinicians and therapists during clinic consultations is another crucial aspect of this role, ensuring smooth coordination and proper care for patients. Additionally, coordinating first and follow-up appointments is a critical responsibility that requires attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Furthermore, this position involves ensuring compliance with operational standards, managing patient feedback, and taking on other tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager or Service Leader.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'N' Level qualification
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
