Position Overview:
Join a high-impact project focused on the implementation of a new core banking system across APAC branches. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the User Task team within the Ops Dev division, responsible for end-to-end user task planning and execution activities essential to a successful system rollout.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the User Task team in the Ops Dev unit
  • Manage user-side project activities for core banking system rollout in the APAC region
  • Support project management efforts tied to core banking transformation
  • Plan and execute key user tasks, including Data migration, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), User training, Procedure creation and Business rehearsal
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking consulting firm or working in a bank or Delivering services to banks as an external vendor.
  • Hands-on experience in system implementation for banking
  • Strong background in user-side project execution, especially for large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record in user task planning, including Migration, BCP, Training, Procedure creation, Business rehearsal.
  • Professional mindset with a high level of responsibility.
  • Experience in package system implementation to banking using tools/products such as Oracle, Finastra, CGI, etc are a plus.
