Overview Associate - User Task PMO role at Mizuho Responsibilities Planning and coordinate training across different workstreams and countries. Develop and maintain the user training plan, including scheduling, progress tracking, and completion reporting. Develop training for creating user training materials and operation manuals. Coordinate with business units to ensure users are available and prepared for training, testing, and release. Monitor and provide migration progress updates, dashboards, and reports. Formulate an effective way to evaluate training results. Develop plans for assigned user tasks in the areas of Business Rehearsal, Customer Relation, Operation Procedure Creation, and BCP Creation. Other user tasks and related activities as assigned. Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM; manage progress, issues, and risks of assigned user tasks. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities. Requirements Experience in core banking system projects including transaction processing systems, accounting system, etc. from the user side. Experience coordinating end-user training and tracking completion. Planning and control experience in user tasks as follows: Training, Business Rehearsal, Customer Relation, BCP Creation, Procedure Revision. Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region. A bachelor’s degree preferably majoring in Science or IT. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Sound knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM). Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt to changes. Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI, or equivalent certificates will be advantageous.
