Associate - User Task PMO role at Mizuho

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinate training across different workstreams and countries.
  • Develop and maintain the user training plan, including scheduling, progress tracking, and completion reporting.
  • Develop training for creating user training materials and operation manuals.
  • Coordinate with business units to ensure users are available and prepared for training, testing, and release.
  • Monitor and provide migration progress updates, dashboards, and reports.
  • Formulate an effective way to evaluate training results.
  • Develop plans for assigned user tasks in the areas of Business Rehearsal, Customer Relation, Operation Procedure Creation, and BCP Creation.
  • Other user tasks and related activities as assigned.
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM; manage progress, issues, and risks of assigned user tasks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience in core banking system projects including transaction processing systems, accounting system, etc. from the user side.
  • Experience coordinating end-user training and tracking completion.
  • Planning and control experience in user tasks as follows: Training, Business Rehearsal, Customer Relation, BCP Creation, Procedure Revision.
  • Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region.
  • A bachelor’s degree preferably majoring in Science or IT.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Sound knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI, or equivalent certificates will be advantageous.
